A team store carries your uniforms and required gear for athletes. A fan store carries spirit wear — hoodies, tees, polos, joggers — that anyone in your community can buy. Most programs run both, and the same rep handles them together.
Most stores go live within a few days of approving the lineup and artwork. Design is free with unlimited revisions, so the timeline is really set by how fast you sign off.
Each buyer pays at checkout for their own order. You never collect checks, front any money, or chase anyone down.
Yes. You can keep prices low for your families or add margin on top to raise funds. You set the goal and we build the pricing around it.

What to expect
Timelines
Bulk orders enter production once art, sizes, and payment land — 4–6 weeks to your door. Team-store orders enter production when the store closes — 6–8 weeks, shipped individually via FedEx with tracking.
Minimums & pricing
Custom items carry team minimums. Your rep quotes exact tier pricing by roster size before anything is committed — and bundles are almost always the better math.
Sizing
Size charts cover every line, and physical sizing samples travel with our pop-up trailer. Large programs can request a sample kit before the order locks.

Every program lands on one of these. Your rep will tell you which one actually fits your roster and your season — both cost the same to set up, which is nothing.
Bulk team order
One order, one invoice
You collect sizes, your rep builds the order, and the whole shipment lands together. Best when the roster is locked and the program is paying.

Everyone orders their own

Before step one
What we need from you
None of this has to be perfect or final. A school name and a colour is genuinely enough to get a first mockup moving.
Your logo, however you have it
Vector art is ideal, but a photo of a mat, a jersey, or an old file works. Our designers redraw what they need to, free.
Your colours
Exact codes if you have them, or just tell us the school. Sublimation means there is no extra charge for more colours.
A rough roster count
Enough to quote tier pricing. Final sizes come later, and they can move before the order locks.
Your season dates
The date you need gear in hand is what we work backwards from. Tell us early and we build the schedule around it.
Names and numbers, if any
Personalisation is added at the art stage. Send the list whenever it is settled — it does not hold up the mockup.
Nothing else
No art fees, no setup charges, no deposit to see a design. You only commit once you have approved what will print.

Everything ships FedEx
Bulk and store orders both go out through FedEx. Once your order ships you get a tracking number and a link to follow it the whole way.
Store orders ship individually
Each order from a team store is picked, packed, and shipped straight to that buyer — no sorting boxes at practice, no handing gear out yourself.
Bulk ships together
Shipping is calculated and billed when the order is placed, and the full shipment lands at the address you nominate.
